If you would like to delete your Brickta account and your associated data, please request deletion using the method below.

How to request account deletion

Use the subject line: Brickta Account Deletion Request
Include the email address or phone number you used to register your Brickta account.

Processing time: We process deletion requests within 7 days.

What data is deleted

Account profile details (e.g., your name, email address, phone number, profile role)
Authentication and login credentials

Data retention (Important for Escrow & Project Tracking)

Please note that while your personal profile will be deleted, certain project-related data (such as logged construction milestone history, uploaded verification media, and escrow transaction ledgers) may be retained. This is required for structural audit trails, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and to protect the contractual records of the counterparties (builders or clients) involved in your active or completed projects.
